  1. Sophia Amoruso's feelings about feminism is she did not feel it was right for the males to enjoy their freedom while the females had to do all the cooking and cleaning every day to the point where they were very upset. " My mom grew up doing all the cooking and cleaning while her brothers got to enjoy their childhoods". This means that woman had to basically work as slaves while the man were lazy and did nothing around the house but sitting on the couch watching television. The woman were exhausted of having to do the entire cleaning and cooking like slaves where they wanted to snap at the males and say enough is enough. Females have the right to relax just as much as males do because they do all of the housework throughout the day whiles the males come home from work and believe they don't have to do anything around the house. However they are wrong because they are supposed to help with the cooking and cleaning or even offer to do it themselves so the woman won't have to worry about it.

  3. Sophia used social media to build her very own business by writing a book called # GIRLBOSS to help her become a millionaire. " # GIRLBOSS is a feminist book, and nasty gal is a feminist company in the sense that I encourage you, as a girl, to be who you want and do what you want" (pg. 14). The meaning is females can do whatever they like to do without the men telling them how to live their life. Sophia amoruso's love of vintage lead to building a business by getting shit done the proper way by honoring the past and future of women's rights. She was not going to just sit around by bragging about it about how much passion she has instead, she was going to prove other people completely wrong showing they don't know better than her.

    1. I wouldn't say " they don't know better than her " because even Amoruso said to not favorite her because she doesn't know everything, she knows as much as we all do

  4. Amoruso's feelings towards feminism was that women shouldn't blame men for their hardships and that they should work more to realize their potential rather than complain.

    1. I agree, I wouldn't say her feelings, just because she doesn't really say her feelings about feminism, she just explains what feminism actually is.

    2. I agree with you on how women should never blame men for their crucial hardships because the more they complain about it, then chances are they won't see their potential at all. I will really want you to write to add some more details.

    1. Why?How? She didn't just come up with the idea herself. How was eBay discovered to her? She had a plan, and she did it along side with her friends who modeled her vintage clothes.

  6. I wouldn't say her "feelings", I would rather say her approach towards feminism is very different from other people's (female's views). The reason why I say this is because, she is not following what a true feminist person would say, she is more involved into what and how feminism has built over the past few years. She doesn't disagree with what a feminism is, she agrees on how girls can do anything in the world, she is not saying women are better than me, or men are better than women. She is saying that you can wear what ever you desire to wear, you can act the way you want to act, YOU CAN DO ANYTHING.. if you get shit done.

    2. I like how you described on the way women get shit done by doing anything they feel comfortable with doing the most. I really loved the quote you picked out because she talks about feminism has been for her throughout her childhood years.

    3. How do you know it's her approach and not how she genuinely feels about feminism.

  7. Sophia Amoruso used social media as an advantage. She seen the way she can help get her where she needs to be through social media. To learn how to start her business she bought a book called "Startting an eBay business for dummies." She thought highly about her business and the way she was going to run it. She is living for herself not for people's expectations of her. Her love of vintage lead to her business because she loved wearing the clothes, she had the perfect friends to model and she had the mentality of an independent woman. She strived for her smart goal and in just 8 years. It wasn't easy. She needed time to grow, time to understand the process of what's going to be happening throughout the rest of her life. It's her way of saying to get shit done.

  10. Sophia Amoruso used the book "Ebay for dummies" to get a better understanding on which way to set up her business. She's very blunt and gets straight to the point. Sophia describes herself as a Business woman and anarchist.
